In addition to extending the list of topics for regular sessions, Euro-Par 2006
will be the first conference in this series featuring workshops on the day
before the conference's main sessions start, on
Monday, August 28, 2006
Proposals for workshops covering a specific theme and lasting between half a
day and a day are encouraged and solicited until May 13, 2006.
Please send your workshop proposals via email to the
conference organizers.
Workshop presentations are to be included in a special workshop volume
published by Springer-Verlag in the Lecture Notes in
Computer Science (LNCS) series -
"Proceedings of the International Euro-Par Workshops 2006".
The principal coordinator of each workshop will appear as editor of the workshop volume.
The workshop volume will be produced after the conference. Presentations that are
to be published in the volume have to submitted in Springer LNCS style format (see
here).
The number of pages of initial submission is depending on several workshop.
Also depending on workshops are the deadline of paper submission and of author
notification.
Please look at the corresponding description.
The number of pages of camera-ready version should be between 5 and 15
pages. The deadline for camera-ready submissions is September 16, 2006.
Workshops will be announced at this website (see below) if and when they are accepted.
The workshop coordinator is responsible for submitting a detailed workshop
description with information about content, deadlines, chairs, contacts, and where submissions have to be sent.
