Hotel Reservation
For the conference participators we reserved a block of 300 rooms at the ibis Hotels between 25th August and 3rd September, 2006.Hotel reservation is to be done by yourself.
Please make the reservation by fax, phone or email. Online booking websites do not know the codeword.
Please note, that
- 50% of rooms will expired at June 30, 2006,
- the rest of rooms will expired at July 24, 2006.
Prices including breakfast and VAT. Access to the rooms you will have at day of arrival from 3 pm. You should leave the rooms latest at 12 am for departure.
